How can I track my order?

After ordering a product, you will receive (within 2-3 days) a shipping confirmation. To track your order, go to the page "Track my order" and enter your order number and your email address. The update may take some time. Note: Sometimes there are display problems. If you cannot track your order directly, try using just the order number (without entering an email address).
How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on your location, standard delivery usually takes 10-15 days (not including processing days).

Occasionally packages are lost, but this is very rare. If more than one month has passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us again at aleevy.sav@gmail.com. We will be happy to reship your order and provide you with a discount code to compensate you.

I have entered the wrong name or address, what should I do?

If you have made a mistake when entering your address or name, which could affect the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at aleevy.sav@gmail.com on the same day, mentioning in the subject line that you have made a mistake.
